CRAB CAKES

1 lb. crabmeat, shredded

Preheat the appliance as directed.

In a large bowl, mix together crabmeat, bread

11/2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs

crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, beat together egg, mayonnaise, hot sauce

1 egg

and mustard. Combine with other ingredients and mix well.

11/2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Form into patties and place on lower cooking

1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped

surface. Cook for about 5 minutes or until lightly brown. Repeat for each crab cake pattie.

1/2 tsp. ground dry mustard

1 dash hot pepper sauce

salt and pepper to taste
