CRAB CAKES
1 lb. crabmeat, shredded |
Preheat the appliance as directed. |

In a large bowl, mix together crabmeat, bread |
11/2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs |
crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. |

In a small bowl, beat together egg, mayonnaise, hot sauce |
1 egg |
and mustard. Combine with other ingredients and mix well. |
11/2 tbsp. mayonnaise |

Form into patties and place on lower cooking |
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped |
surface. Cook for about 5 minutes or until lightly brown. Repeat for each crab cake pattie. |
1/2 tsp. ground dry mustard |

1 dash hot pepper sauce |
|
salt and pepper to taste |
