Apple Turnovers

 

2 tablespoons stewed apples or canned             1 teaspoon cinnamon

pie-apples

4 slices of bread of raisin bread                          1 teaspoon castor optional

                                                                             1-tablespoon raisins

• Place filling onto bread in sandwich Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Put top layer of bread over the filling.
• Close unit and cook until golden brown.

Makes 4 Triangular Sandwiches.
